Combine in a saucepan: 2 cups of flour, 2/3 cup
salt, 4 tsp. Cream of Tartar.
Combine in a bowl: 2 cups water, 2 tbsp. oil and
food colouring.
Pour liquid into saucepan, stir over medium heat
until thick. (approx. 3-5 mins)
Let cool and store in a container with a tight
fitting lid.
