Pick-up your order - If you want to pick your order up at Cheeky Monkey, enter PICKUP in the voucher section of the order form and leave your pick up information in the notes section of the order form.

Orders are generally available for pick-up within a couple of business days at our Oxford St. store. Please call us at 519-645-6706 (option 3) to arrange your pick-up. Please have your order information ready when you call.

Before Accepting Delivery of Your Order: We want to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your Cheeky Monkey purchase. Please examine your order carefully before accepting delivery. Do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.

Please note, there may be an additional shipping charge applied for some locations. Cheeky Monkey will notify the customer for payment options.

Cancelled Orders: For orders cancelled prior to shipping there will be a 10% re-stocking fee.

Cheeky Monkey will hold all orders for shipping if the order includes a "pre-order" for an item that is indicated as out of stock and available for pre-order online. If you would like your order to ship seperately from this "pre-order" item please request this by emailing cheekymonkeysales@bellnet.ca or calling us at 519-645-6706, ext. 3 In some cases there may be an additional shipping charge applied.

If you would like to return your purchased items please email us with your "sales order number" (found on your email reciept) to obtain a refund authorization# or the package will be refused.

Once you receive your RA# you can ship your package back to us. Include the return form in your package and write your RA# on the outside of the package.

Alternatively, Cheeky Monkey will contact you to make arrangements for the shipping charges with a credit card. You will receive a return postage label via email which is to be used to ship the return back to Cheeky Monkey.

Be sure to fill out the "return form" and include this form in your package. Once your return is received by Cheeky Monkey, you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs. Shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable on a return.

If an error is made by Cheeky Monkey, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the packaging. Worn items, personalized items and special orders are not returnable. No item is returnable after 30 days from purchase. If the package is refused, sent back as “return to sender” or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect Cheeky Monkey will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding. Therefore the customer will pay an additional shipping cost.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)- All other provinces are subject to 5% GST

Taxes - Orders outside of Canada:

No Federal (GST) or Provincial (PST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. In some cases your purchase will be shipped directly from the designer/ sewer or manufacturer. Some of our handmade products are custom sewn just for you and may take longer to be shipped. Please see product descriptions for further information. If for any reason the products you have ordered will be delayed we will notify you immediately.

In Canada expect arrival time of 5-10 business days depending upon location. We ship Canada Post expedited Parcel with tracking and guaranteed delivery dates. If you would like your order sent by a courier for faster delivery, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information.

US and International orders will take approximately 10-12 business days to arrive but the delivery dates are not guaranteed. There is no tracking number provided for this service.
