If you would like to return your purchased items please email us with your "sales order number" (found on your email reciept) to obtain a refund authorization# or the package will be refused.
Once you receive your RA# you can ship your package back to us. Include the return form in your package and write your RA# on the outside of the package.
Alternatively, Cheeky Monkey will contact you to make arrangements for the shipping charges with a credit card. You will receive a return postage label via email which is to be used to ship the return back to Cheeky Monkey.
Be sure to fill out the "return form" and include this form in your package. Once your return is received by Cheeky Monkey, you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs. Shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable on a return.
If an error is made by Cheeky Monkey, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the packaging. Worn items, personalized items and special orders are not returnable. No item is returnable after 30 days from purchase. If the package is refused, sent back as “return to sender” or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect Cheeky Monkey will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding. Therefore the customer will pay an additional shipping cost.
A return form must be completed and sent with the return - an email request MUST be sent prior to the return. Click on the link to the "return form" print the form - complete it with your sales order number.
