SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

CANADA SHIPPING DETAILS:

CheekyMonkey.ca will ship your order for a flat rate in Canada (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations listed below) based on the destination. Province::

BC, AB, MB, SK: $12

ON & QC: $10

NB, NS, PEI, NL: $12

NU, NT, YT: difficult to serve location (see below)


Note: All shipping fees are subject to change.  Orders may require an additional shipping charge depending on the weight and dimensions of the order. Customers will be contacted by email prior to shipping if there will be an additional shipping fee.

 

DIFFICULT TO SERVE LOCATIONS:

Certain areas within Canada require additional delivery time and charges due to less frequent delivery by Canada Post.  Orders shipping to Postal Codes starting with A0, X and Y and are not identified to be “air stage locations” by Canada Post are not eligible for free shipping and are subject to a $35 shipping fee.

REMOTE LOCATIONS:

Canada Post refers to most remote locations as “Air Stage Locations” because mail must be airlifted to these locations.  Click here for a full list of these Postal Codes.  The following shipping charges will be applied to these Postal Codes:

$40 for orders under $99.99

$60 for orders between $100 and $249.99

$85 for orders between $250 and $499.99

$125 for orders between $500 and $749.99

$175 for orders between $750 and $1000

$225 for orders over $1000

SHIPMENT RECEIPT GUIDELINES:

Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine the package(s) carefully. Do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.

If your order requires a signature please ensure that the number of packages are correct and the packages are not damaged. Unfortunatley, if you sign for a damaged or partial shipment the Canada Post insurance will not cover your shipment.

Immediately open and examine your package to ensure you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or missing products please report within 24 hours by contacting sales@cheekymonkey.ca and provide your order number and date of purchase.

We ship when Canada Post is available: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE:

Most in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Sometimes items that were thought to be in stock are unavailable at the time of shipping. You will be notified by email if your order will be delayed.


CANCELLED ORDERS:

If you have placed an order with CheekyMonkey.ca and would like to cancel it please contact us at sales@cheekymonkey.ca within 2 hours of placing the order.  Although unlikely, if we are unable to prevent shipment please follow the return instructions below.

 

RETURN POLICY:

CheekyMonkey.ca offers a 30 day return policy on all returnable products.  After 30 days products may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  After 90 days all sales are final.  The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and will not receive a refund of the original shipping charge if applicable.  At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns from US locations.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its unopened original packaging.  For unpackaged items all original tags must be attached.  All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- diapers & diapering accessories

- hair clips & hair accessories

- swim diapers & swimsuits

- breast pumps & accessories

- food

- all undergarments including nursing bras & tanks

- all personal care items including nursing pads & creams

- tutus, bloomers, special occasion outfits & accessories

- any items marked as non-returnable on the product pages

- all clearance items marked as final sale

- all special order items


If you would like to make a return request, please email sales@cheekymonkey.ca with your order number and the date of your order.  

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take a picture of the damage prior to opening the package. Notify CheekyMonkey.ca of the damage by emailing sales@cheekymonkey.ca with the damage details and a picture of the damage.

 

U.S. SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

We ship all U.S. orders with Canada Post/ United States Postal Service.

Orders $100 CAD and under ship for a $25 fee

Orders $100.01 and over ship for a $35 fee

The purchaser is responsible for all duty, brokerage or other fees as determined at the border crossing by the US Postal Service www.usps.com

U.S. orders will take approximately 10-15 business days to arrive but the delivery dates are not guaranteed. There is no tracking number provided for some package sizes.  If you would like a tracking number please note that additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for further details at sales@cheekymonkey.ca. CheekyMonkey.ca cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or by the post office.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns from US locations.

 

ORDER PICK-UP:

Orders are generally available for pick-up within 2 business days. Cheeky Monkey will contact the purchaser through email or phone when the order is ready for pick-up. Photo identification is required when picking up an online order. We can be contacted directly by emailing to sales@cheekymonkey.ca or by calling 519-645-6706, x 3.  Please have your order number and the date of your order available.

 

TAXES - CANADIAN ORDERS:

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST):

13% - Nfld, NB, ON

14% - PEI

15% - NS

Goods and Services Tax (GST)- All other provinces are subject to 5% GST

 

TAXES - U.S. ORDERS:

No Federal (GST) or Provincial (PST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.
